I did all of ur std procedure - app delete/install, app signout/signin, household add/remove, multiple device check. Nothing is working. On top of that in last call, ur agent told me to pay for prime videos again, which my frd already bought!!!!

It seems that after laying off 18k people, you r lacking good developers in ur backend. That’s why prime benefits work in amazon but not in prime videos. Atleast give me a voucher so I can buy prime membership again, while u fix ur bug !!!!

@airindiain Ok. So here is the experience — Infotainment not working, seat lights not working, attendant calling button not working, no charing slots, USB port for charger not working, initially heater turned on, instead of ac, which suffocated people.

@airindiain even 2hr train has chargers, but your SFO-DEL AI184 flight does not have!!!. So outdated planes they r with nothing working literally. Probably you guys should take ur own flights to know :)

@allianceair We have been trying to get refund for our cancelled flight from DEL to AMD on 10th Nov (Book code - Z6Y1M). It has been 2+ weeks, 7-8 customer calls and everyone says about refund on call, but have not received it yet. Help or i’ll have to complain as last option.

@airindiain This is their flight. At airport, they say that it is cancelled. We have never got any email before.
