Allison Moore (B.S. Biochemistry, 2026) is working with Dr. Kate Mullaugh to investigate how magnetic nanoparticles can be used to clean water and reclaim nutrients from wastewater. This technology could be used to recycle water on extended space missions.

@reuhudson PUI: I teach a 3-3 load and labs are counted the same as lecture (both are three contact hours per week). Typically it works out to two lectures and one lab section each semester for full time tenured and TT faculty including being “lab leader” to coordinate other sections
