Iran built the most layered contingency plan on Earth for this exact moment. Four levels of succession for every key position. Pre-authorized military strikes. Regional commanders who don't need orders from Tehran to act.

As you read this, there is already a new Supreme Leader. We just don't know who.

This isn't Maduro. The government didn't get overthrown. The system absorbed the hit. That's what it was designed to do.

Every credible intel assessment says the same thing: a post-Khamenei Iran is more likely to get harder, not softer. More IRGC. More dangerous. Potentially worse for the Iranian people than Khamenei himself.

Don't breathe yet. There's a long way to go.

Mobile phones are completely cut off from evening until around 8 AM the next day. From 8 AM the national internet (North Korea style internet) works until late evening.

There is no possibility of phone contact with the outside world.

On Thursday, Revolution Street was so crowded that the beginning and end of the crowd weren't visible. On Friday, the gathering was much, much larger. So much so that those who had been out the night before couldn't believe it.

On Friday night, many areas of Tehran were in the people's hands because they were short on forces.

When you talk to people, the majority say that this time there's really no room to retreat because if the regime survives this stage, they'll commit a massacre beyond anything ever seen before.

Gen Z and Gen Alpha have raised hell on the regime. They're so brave it's unbelievable. Field leadership is practically in their hands, but there are plenty of middle-aged and elderly people seen in the crowd. All kinds of people are on the streets. Employees, merchants, factory owners, workers, students, retirees, everyone."
