@shane3628@theficouple It’s called buy a car that you can pay for in full lol not rocket science. Not everyone needs a brand new car with all the bells and whistles
Guys in the #NHL look so tired at it’s not even December. The quality nightly as a whole is a byproduct of the rigorous schedule put on players during an Olympic year. Many teams playing 6 games in 9 nights. 4 games a week multiple back to backs during the same week. I’m actually surprised more guys aren’t hurt right now. Gary Bruce Bettman and co. need to figure out a better way to navigate years when there’s the Olympic factor. This isn’t healthy for the fellas. Start earlier? Shortened pre season, start reg season games at end of September. Less games? Everyone wants to be paid the same though..
Sell ads on jerseys to make up for that money? Go full billboard jersey like Europe. I don’t have the answer right now but if I’m on the league committee I’m sure we could find the solution.
I’ll hang up now.

We’re in the works of pitching a multimillion dollar media network that will go unnamed right now. We’re looking for a match that you could only find on farmers only. This isn’t a go fund me type effort but help us boost our numbers so we can ask for 5 x 5 million and skip the entry level contract.

Retweet the this for a chance to win a
‘Home By 3’ hat. I’ll pick 10 random winners
Love you guys

A plea to the Royal Bank of Canada, which sponsors two PGA Tour events: the RBC Heritage, a signature event, and the RBC Canadian Open, which is not. They should be reversed. The Heritage is an awesome tournament with a rich history of its own. It's also the week after the Masters, and it's played in a chill-ass seaside town, and everyone's just trying to decompress a little bit after Augusta. One would think the eventual goal with this signature-events model is for the PGA Tour to expand beyond the United States and lean into tournaments that have a soul and an identity. That, after all, is their differentiator. There's an existing tournament just north of the border that already has a committed sponsor that's willing to pay for an elevated event, a world-class host city in Toronto (assuming it'd be played in that region), tremendous fan support, access to incredible courses and a true heart and soul. I know there are scheduling issues with Canada's short golf season and an already-packed summer schedule. But man, it just seems like such a logical decision. These are the exact type of events the tour should lean into.
That, and much more in this week’s Monday Rap:
