@Vodacom Hi There! Im struggling to convert my contracts to prepaid? Vodacom store in three rivers said they couldn't do it. they gave me an email address, but that didn't work. Then tried calling cancelations but it comes up as number busy?

@FinanceGhost @JanineK72 there is a weight check.. you discover this when shopping with a toddler.. also high risk items have RFIDs in them.. Oh and the trolley wheels lock if triggered..

Know some people that have canceled orders and gone elsewhere.. not really the kind of thing you should be doing.. that moat must be deep!

@CellC Really disappointed in the service from cell c. 5 emails, 4 phonecalls to the call center and you still can't sort out my account. Last call center agent promised me a supervisor would return my call.. 2 hours still waiting..
