backed out splendidly from my garage, had to make a weird maneuver to get around my teenage daughters car parked in my turn around, crazy good....then starts down the road and immediately makes me take over as it was heading into the sunrise as it was blinded. :(
Did most of the rest of my 15 minutes drive no problem other than stalling way to much with a garbage truck on the other side of the road with no traffic (and 4 lanes) and lastly it pulled into my work parking lot in a weird way (past the light it could have turned at and had to turn in from busy road instead). Still decent though! Especially for Michigan.
@TeslaBoomerMama I was just thinking the board would have to consider it all given their fiduciary responsibilities to the shareholders and that might get a bit trickier...
@TeslaBoomerMama@cyberbulls Mainly going off his success rate. I just don’t think many of their spreadsheets have the little boxes to check to figure out what’s coming. I think he is way off but I am not on WS so I guess it doesn’t matter what I think anyways. :)
I follow you on all things TSLA and love all the info. But I have been following SpaceX way longer. This was the first version of the v3 Starship with a ton of changes to the ship. This was a test run to test all the limitations of the ship and to learn as much as they can for future flights which are very soon. This is normal for them…even if it is big explosions and seems crazy. They have a ridiculous amount of info they collect from every launch…and explosion! Just my 2 cents.
@farzyness as long as it doesn't pit the back seat directly up to the glass for head room and into the trunk! We need to fit our crap...not just our people (family of 5 here using a POS minivan as the people/crap hauler). :)
@cornfed_88@Bulgary69@TeslaBoomerMama also, Elon mainly talks about control (unless he goes crazy and then not too much control so he can be thrown out)...he doesn't want a hostile takeover. If Tesla takes over SpaceX then his control % is low...if SpaceX takes over Tesla then his controlling % is much higher
This feels like something @elonmusk should fix…if @WilliamShatner doesn’t even realize how cool FSD and @Tesla are in general…how the hell will the rest of the general public?!?!?!
Obviously we all know he would probably buy one the second he test drove it…but we gotta get him there first. Can’t hurt to try Mr Shatner…then you can come back to X and give a review of the test drive.
@SawyerMerritt@Kalshi June huh….like 6/9 perhaps? Duh!
I still think @TeslaBoomerMama might be on to something with her recent podcast with @CuriousPejjy! If she is, then retail will be just fine if they stay with their Tesla shares!
I was lucky enough to be in the audience for this keynote…and the iPhone release keynote. It was awesome back then because the rumor mill didn’t have all the answers so it was genuinely a surprise. Miss Steve JobsI sold all my Apple stock a few years back as I am not a fan of the Apple direction lately…and so wanted to invest in TSLA. :)
other way around, Tesla is going to fold into SpaceX. @TeslaBoomerMama laid this out beautifully in a recent podcast! Elon retains more control due to his 70+ % in SpaceX and then they just offer Tesla shareholders 1.2 or 1.3 shares for each share they have in tesla for this new "X" company.
