@grey_ghostie @Writer_DG Actually Claire, Jaime and Young Ian did return to Scotland in the books. I guess you have not gotten that far in the series, book 7? Claire returns back to America, escorted Young Ian, to tend to operate on Marsali’s child. Jaime remains in Scotland a bit longer.

@draiochta14 My mom didn’t make a fuss when we were gifted dolls & today both sis & I don’t give it much thought. However, my cousin, who never had a Barbie, amassed a large collection as an adult. Oddly enough all of us are also strong independent women. Consequence of working moms🤷🏽‍♀️

@draiochta14 2/2 to busy working & struggling to raise three kids in a new country. We were also gifted blocks: Lincoln logs, Legos & these multi colored shaped plastic things that could be connected. We loved the latter 2 the most because they allowed our imagination/creativity to flourish

@draiochta14 Great article, gave me lots to think about. My parents did not buy my sister and I Barbie dolls, but I also do not recall asking for one. We were gifted a Barbie (sis), PJ (me) and Ken (They were not forbidden toys. Parents were immigrants too busy working 1/2

@Sdakotagal6 @Writer_DG I thought they promised 16 episodes of S7, they did not promise that would be all shown in the same year or in one go. First season had the same number of episodes and that also had a mid-season pause/break.🤷🏽‍♀️
