I had the best time last night at a party with friends I had not seen for over twenty years. So interesting to see how we have all changed visually, some more than others but others, not at all. Beyond that they were all exactly the same wonderful people.

You can’t go back to your youth, I have known some of these people since I was 17, our lives have taken us in different directions, to different countries, yet getting together just took us straight back in time.

@KirstieMAllsopp went on HRT to combat awfulness but I`m afraid the combination of that and the Marina coil resulted in BC so now after chemo etc, I`m on a lovely drug that gives me all the hot flushes etc that I was fighting in the first place BUT, I`m alive and happy.

today I have a day for me. this last week has been so full on, I haven`t even had time to catch up with The Archers.. So I postponed a lunch out & have decided to spend the day at home doing boring stuff like housework. By doing that I feel I`m ready for the new week & month.
