Year 6 residential was an absolute blast! From axe throwing 🎯 to roasting marshmallows by the campfire 🔥, we had the time of our lives! So grateful for this unforgettable experience and the incredible memories the children made for life. @SayersCroft_
Here’s a little recap of our trip last week to Kent Police Open Day. The children got to sit in a police car, sounds the sirens, watch a police dog show and they even went inside a real police cell. Lots of children came away with a dream of one day being a police officer.
Huge shoutout to our amazing Y6 students for their phenomenal production of Matilda 📚 I couldn’t be prouder of their hard work, talent and dedication. They brought the characters to life, wowed us with their singing and dancing, and left us all in awe. Well done superstars 👏

Today we took a train into London and went to visit The Tower of London.
We saw the Torture Chambers and the Armoury section amongst many other attractions.
Unfortunately, there was an hour wait to see the Crown Jewels, so we were unable to see them this time. @TowerOfLondon
We welcomed Councillor Lorna Cross to KHP yesterday, our students took part in a poetry competition last Autumn.
We had a winner of our very own in Peacocks Class. Congratulations!!
This term year six will be learning about a successful animal called a Triops. Today we set up a tank and hopefully raise some Triops from eggs to fully-grown.
Rock n Roll!
It was World Maths Day yesterday, KHP dressed as rock stars and battled it out on TTRS. Students were overjoyed as they beat the teachers! #worldmathsday#ttrs
Today we wore red for @comicrelief and green for #StPatricksDay2023.
We also had lots of fun this afternoon cheering everyone on in our very own Knockhall’s Got Talent.

Year six enjoyed kicking of this term with their ‘Big Bang Day’. They spent the afternoon making survival tents using the natural resources they had available to them.
