Pleased to announce we have signed a license agreement with a Tier 1 smartphone manufacture. As we continue our mission to activate ordinary surfaces into more accessible interfaces, we are heartened to see a tech giant recognize and respect the IP of independent innovators.
No light switch nearby? No problem. One of the most popular ways to use Knocki is to toggle the built-in flashlight on smartphones. It's super handy when you need a quick flashlight without having to fumble through a phone's settings (available on Android only).
Interesting to see what @OwensCorning will do with @MasoniteDoors to bring doors into the 21st century. Our Haptic Module will allow doors, tables, and other structural materials to do more - evolving from mere commodities into digital hubs for value delivery.
Manufacturing for our new Knocki USB C adapter accessory is in progress! The steel injection mold tool is nearing finalization, and the flex PCBAs are hot off the press. Next steps are 1) overmolding 2)Shipping of parts to the USA 3) final assembly here in Austin, TX!

I agree w/ you that adding tap sequences is useful, even for buttons. We do the same with Knocki - but it's tap sequences on tables/walls.
@CrunchKloud How about adding tap control to tables, countertops, walls, doors, and more to automate home actions without having Alexa listen in? check out https://t.co/cTRRqfej6m
@PurpleBHaze on iPhone, go to settings, then tap on "Accessibility", then tap on "touch", and scroll to the bottom and you'll see the "Back Tap" option. After you turn it off, check out https://t.co/cTRRqfej6m which allows you to add smart taps to any surface in your home.
@kastorcaster@ctingstrange @OneRadChee @kastorcaster at least when it comes to smart home control such as turning lights on/off, there are alternatives to voice when privacy is a concern. What do you think of the non-voice approach we are taking with Knocki? https://t.co/cTRRqfej6m
Tap into tranquility with Knocki: No need to speak. Just a few soft taps on your nightstand, and Knocki dims the lights. Quiet convenience without a whisper." Now with direct integration with @TPLINK Kasa and @Sonos!

@kapps7 We'd love to have Homekit support. However, the TI CC3200 (a component in our Knocki) which was roadmapped to have Homekit did not get the HomeKit support we expected it to. However, we do hope to have HomeKit support in future hardware!
We're getting very close to launching LAN & HTTP Request functionality! This is something THOUSANDS of our customers are waiting for, and we couldn't be more excited!
