You don't need to dereference an array pointer while using elements because " [ ] " performs dereferencing.
For e.g
int *a= new int[5]
int a [0] = 77 ; // dont need to dereference.
cout<<(a*)[0]; // will show error.
cout<<a[0]; // gives you value directly

For e.g:
If there is a class "Account" then,
