I think the liking attribute is persuasive because if i like someone, i would more likely listen to them than others. An example would be the makeup artists i like endorsing a brand. The brand uses them to get more customers (me) because we like these people. #cmm352

@janelle_debaldo I agree that Ellen is a credible source. She is a very influential individual who is an expert in many things. She also makes sure that she has all of the facts and information before she reports something on her show or on social media.

I see Heather Parsons to be a credible source. For example, when I have difficulties reading DegreeWorks, Heather is an expert and assists me in understanding everything. She also gave me a lollipop because DegreeWorks is stressful. #cmm352
