Some days do you struggle to see the wood for the trees?
These moments can feel so difficult because we are not dealing with the actual situation, but our thinking about the situation. We may well be FEELING our THINKING.
Shifting our perspective changes everything

This week I have realised that I have been attached to older versions of me from my past. Once I realised this I was able to see how ridiculous it is to be so attached to notions of me that no longer exist, I have been able let them go.
It feels like a huge relief!
