#Ledger blamed me for my account being breached and my funds being stolen. Kept trying to tell me I gave out my 24 word phrase. Even though I told them that I haven’t even brought it out for two years. They took no ownership.
Totally, thoroughly disgusted with #Ledger. No security support. No accountability or assistance. Even heard from a supervisor and asked me to send in transaction log. Never responded back. While I’m waiting for them I get an email, “case closed.”
In my post about #ledger and how they would not help me, I reached out directly to #Polkadot and they immediately connected me and in less than a half an hour I had my #DOT unstaked and transferred successfully to another platform 🙏
@la_Str3lllita In order for me to get a new key, I have to transfer funds out of my account, which I can’t do at this point because I still have one coin left that is in the process of unstaking. So after funds are transferred out, then I could do that. But unfortunately, that doesn’t help me
#Ledger support continually responded with the same message. I pleaded with them to do something to help me retain the coins that I had left. All they said was, “try to get your funds out before they do.
I had funds stolen from my #Ledger account. As I previously posted. I have the individuals etherscan address. Is it possible to block this account? If so, how?
I don’t appreciate it when somebody contacts me, doesn’t even tell me who they are or anything about them or what they do, but automatically just tells me to send them a photocopy of my transactions
I’m going this morning to file a complaint with the local authorities. I already filed a complaint with the Internet crime compliance center, and the FBI. Any scammers out there who are going to contact me, forget it.
Who I really would love to hear from is somebody directly who works for #Ledger. Nobody has reached out from the app. I’m looking for a lawyer in the West Palm Beach area. Who does a class action suit that I could do against them.
I am beside myself because I don’t know what to do. So I would ask if anyone has any recommendations. I am so upset with #Ledger because they never made any attempt to help.
This morning, I literally counted down the seconds and once it came due, I tried to transfer the funds to a different platform. My nano wouldn’t connect with my Bluetooth. I lost those funds. After the transaction, my Nana was working. #Ledger.
I told the Support at #Ledger that they needed to do more. Continuously in many many responses. Again, they kept sending me the same stock responses. I watched my cosmos coin daily to its time that it was unstacked.
#Ledger Support told me that there’s only three ways that someone could hack into it. If they got a hold of my nano, got my 24 word phrase where if I signed some kind of contract. I told them my nano and my 24 word phrase have been locked up since 2022.
I have an account with #Ledger on September 27 my account was hacked into and $40,000 was stolen. In addition they were able to unstake one of my coins. I reached out to #Ledgersupport and they responded and said there was nothing they could do.
