It’s definitely not a coincidence that the best team in the NFL and the best high school in our area have the same colors! 💛💚 Proud to be #summitstrong and a #cheesehead on Jersey Day! #gopackgo

Today my 9th grade Study Skills class started looking for a solution to failing grades. Their communication skills and insights were INSPIRING! Way to go, guys! #SCCA #weCAN

Here’s a little wisdom from a student: “Goals are like math problems, you have to get it wrong a lot to get it right in the end” I LOVE the way my students think. I couldn’t have said it better myself! #BSDProud #SCCA

The best part of today was the look on my former students’ faces when they saw me and exclaimed, “Roberts?! Is that you! You came back for me? I missed you so much” and ran up to me and gave me big 8th grade and 9th grade hugs. I missed you too, guys. Thanks for welcoming home!

[Kayla Roberts @knowitnalls_rob]

The best part of today wasn’t the welcoming environment I felt at both sites. It wasn’t the sweet gift from my VP and principal. Nor was it the glorious prep period (wait, WHAT?! A prep period?!). The best part of my day was the CONNECTIONS #BSDcares

Today I’m thankful to be back with a school district who supports and cares for their teachers at all levels! Thank you BSD for this wonderful opportunity! #BSDProud #Burtonpowerofyet
