Hey @Baseus_Global@Baseus_India,
The magnetic desk lamp is actually pretty good, but the capacitive touch buttons are stupid. Those flat icons are hard to see, and I keep pulling the lamp out just to check which button I’m pressing. It’s a stupid design choice.
Please just use normal physical buttons instead of this capacitive touch thing. It makes the lamp annoying to use.

Hey @urbancompany_UC@UC_Assist@nobrokercom@NoBrokerCare,
Please train your technicians better when it comes to drawer fittings, hinges, and door locks.
If something isn’t aligned or isn’t moving smoothly, the answer isn’t to keep banging, pushing, or forcing it into place. Many of us spend good money on quality fittings, and it’s painful to watch them being handled so roughly.
Instead of following the manuals or installation templates provided by the manufacturer, some technicians try to do everything by eye and then use force when things don’t fit properly. That can damage the product internally, even if it appears to work afterward.
Seriously, where are the skills? At this point, I’d rather use these services only for cleaning jobs and not for work that requires precision, patience, and a bit of brains.
The vacuum robot industry should go sit next to a CNC programmer for a day. Watching these robots clean is painful. Dumb paths, random moves, wasted passes everywhere. It’s like running a face mill across your floor with no toolpath plan. These brainless little machines just wander around. A CNC programmer could write a far better path in seconds.

Hello @Ubiquiti, what is the expected behavior of 6 GHz UniFi APs/routers in India?
Is it okay to import 6 GHz UniFi devices and expect seamless operation, or will they require firmware/regulatory updates? Should users in India wait for official support instead of buying imported 6 GHz models?
Hello @TPLINK, I’m setting up a BE9300 EAP772 (EU) v2.0 access point in India and having inconsistent behavior with the 6 GHz band.
Sometimes the 6 GHz SSID appears on my compatible devices but later becomes undiscoverable. Occasionally it is visible on one 6 GHz-capable device but not on another.
Is this normal behavior given India’s current 6 GHz regulatory support? Does this require a firmware update for proper operation in India? Also, can the 6 GHz band be restricted or blocked at the client-device level?

@SwiggyCares The reverse pickup was scheduled twice - last night and again this morning - but no one came to collect the product. There’s no status update in the app, nor any delivery partner details or location tracking. You guys need to improve, this is disappointing.
@In_Sane_Saint@ZanwarSwapnil@Swiggy I don’t think Swiggy usually allows returns on appliances. They refused to take back my egg boiler even though the product description was wrong, and I got no help over email either. If they’re willing to take your coffee machines back but not mine, that’s pure hypocrisy.
