@RawlingJohn I tend to think Bowe was sure he'd lose his titles to Lewis so gave up 1 of them to explore other options rather than fight him. This time it seems to be money. Fury and Usyk have shown they're not afraid of anyone so maybe promoters are scared they'll lose their golden goose?
