lies in statements accuses customer of using inappropriate language it didnโt happen. What did happen was the DM raised her voice to the customer and there is witnesses. Result of the investigation the staff are great the customer is wrong! Disgusting! Shame on you #premierinn
If you are planning on staying at #PremierInnWrexhamtowncentre Iโd recommend you give it a wide birth. The deputy manager has an attitude and raises her voice at customers when her and her staff are in the wrong.
