Installation was scheduled for 3 May and I requested to be done today, Now the person calls from jeeves it will be done on 7th may, i could have choosed CROMA AC AND INSTALLATION WHICH WAS PROMISED TO FOR SAME DAY

@JioCare complaint timeline has also been crossed , no updates, no contact, no engineer visit. Just pathetic service and automated replies... When I place new order , I do get engineer details but when I relocate no updates from ur side, just need new connection but no service.

@JioCare booked an relocation of air fiber and jio home, booked an appointment of 03/4/2026 between 10-11am, still no person has contacted for the issue.
