No, we were all traumatized from watching one of the best of us get murdered on a livestream. I listened to Charlie every day. He led me to Christ and helped me get sober. His death felt like losing a close friend. As a person who has experienced a lot of traumatic loss, I actually grieved for weeks—I was surprised at the strength of it. Crying spells throughout the day for weeks, I didn’t bother to wear makeup or dress properly for like a month. I couldn’t make sense of it.

I was already watching Candace for years before any of this happened. I found her content to be refreshing, smart, and thought-provoking, albeit a little “off the wall” on occasion. When Charlie was murdered, she was almost the only one asking questions. I think many folks in the public needed to work through the trauma and the aftermath, and Candace provided a space for that. We saw the same brokenness and confusion we felt in her coverage. Contrast that to the reaction at large from TPUSA… I honestly don’t understand how you guys expected you’d pull this off. “This,” being immediately assigning guilt (“I forgive him”), accepting the same donors Charlie began refusing in his final days, and trying to carry on as if Charlie hadn’t changed a bit since October 7th, 2023.

That’s a reality many of us refuse to deny, no matter how hard y’all try. Charlie *was* waking up in those final days. He understood he could no longer carry water (hasbara, I believe it’s called) for a small country who were growing increasingly reckless, violent, and impossibly more ingrained in our country’s political climate.

I also think he realized it too late. I think this was by design; hardwiring of the home, not having control of his social media accounts, and everyone keeping him very insulated in a similar bubble to what POTUS has experienced in this term. He was already fully surrounded by people whose loyalty could not be budged. In my opinion, he was terribly betrayed.

I think many of us feel this, which is why Candace was put in Charlie’s life. He knew that, too. He knew he wouldn’t see this movement through to the end and he knew that Candace was placed in his life to see through the changes catalyzed by his death. He called her his “David” for a reason.

You can continue to try and demonize her and those who watch her, but it’ll only continue to have the opposite effect. Remember what advice @TuckerCarlson gave Andrew? “If you don’t like Candace Owens, don’t focus on her.”

Solid advice, in my opinion.

We all know President Kirk was stolen from all of us—he was one of the *very* few “good guys” in politics and he would have been one of the greatest presidents in this country’s young life. We ALL deserve to know the truth, the WHOLE truth about exactly what happened that day and why the course of history was altered so drastically. That’s why this matters so much.

All of these posts from y’all are so tiresome and counter-productive. Hate who you want but I think the window of ��changing minds” about this whole thing is long gone. Your efforts would be better focused elsewhere.
