@flipkartsupport The issue is the recent order i paid so and so amount for 2024 model of an XY product on @Flipkart but received 2023 model. Ironically I was forced in the app to get the 24 model and 23 model was unavailable. Now my query isn’t entertained and i am on call waiting since 1 hour

The plane i.e Boeing 737 i guess was not looking very good and that slightly scared me. Although the both captain and first officer along with the crew were good.

Why is this happening with spicejet I am very curious because such an experience might make me reconsider…
