Get a notification parcel to be delivered by 3.15pm, doesn't arrive. Have to leave the house and parcel arrives at 4.11pm great 👍 now I have to rearrange a parcel, because in 2025 you can't deliver a parcel on time @UPS dire customer service waste of time 😒

@McDonaldsUK I've ordered using your app and uber cancelled for no reason. I used my reward points for the order, now I have no order and I've lost all loyalty points. Customer support on the app states I ordered using uber app when I clearly didn't. Poor customer care

Just done a 3 year comparison of household costs, not including the impending rises coming from April (Council tax etc etc) averaging inflation of 6.13% and wage inflation of 2.6%. Net result is a fall of -20.7% in household disposable income, before the effects of covid 😔😪
