I understand your anger, but I don't think we should generalize all older women because of the opinion of some. Some women have grown up with certain beliefs and may need time to unlearn them, while others are already speaking up against these things. We can condemn victim-blaming without insulting an entire generation. The problem is the mindset, not the age. No woman, young or old, should defend harassment or excuse male violence. We can correct the wrong belief without becoming what we are fighting against. At the end of the day, accountability is for everyone, regardless of age or gender.
