In Oktibbeha County, Cassandra Palmer seems poised to take a seat on the Starkville Oktibbeha County Consolidated School District Board of Trustees. She leads Ronnie Tucker by over 200 votes. There are 78 absentee and 15 affidavits to count. Those shouldn't change the outcome.
