yeah, that’s the hard part, and the core of what we’re solving.

a few things: signals are grounded in real rows, events, and relations in the data, not free-form generation. the agent has to cite the actual behavior justifying a call, so it can’t fabricate a pattern. and “ready to upgrade” never fires on one heuristic, it needs multiple corroborating signals before it surfaces. then every call gets calibrated against outcomes, so the bar tightens per customer over time.
