1) We are all bubbles in this ether called life 2) The more special you think you are, life will refer you to #1 3) If you are anti-life, life will crush you.
@RuntimeBRT I see comments that say this is decades old stuff. What they don’t understand is once you build it like this, you have a solid first principles understanding of this tech. You can build a lot on first principles.
They had no problems when every World Cup was played in England and when Indian teams were served cold sandwiches throughout the tournament and were not given Lord's accred until they made the final.
Tables have turned..cope with it from top to botham.
Congrats to Kunal Shah on becoming the leader at WhatsApp. No shade on him but Indians need to see this chess move by Zuckerberg. India is their largest market. Once @Arattai reaches feature parity, Indians will see WhatsApp as foreign. This move allows WhatsApp to position themselves as “Indian”. I’m not saying Kunal doesn’t deserve it. But both things can be true at once.
@HashmiMohi@oulosP I must really appreciate Pakistanis. They have an incredible ability to live in an alternative reality. Greatest coping power on earth.
India has the memory of an elephant and runs on emotions. It is very easy to make friends with India and also easy to avoid offending them. They forgive a lot. But crossing a red line is never forgotten. Russia never crossed a red line with India. Same cannot be said for other countries.
@JyotiKarma7 So many fallacies in his argument but I’ll point out just one. Have we come to this that not feeling threatened is the bar we aspire to, on our own land? Kya bakwas hain.
@carlwheless You should lighten your load and not carry the guilt of not being there for your father. You were young and his karma burned away with his suffering.
If you look at who colonized India, it was a handful of britishers, compared to the hundreds of millions of population of India. How did they control the mass protests? They did it by employing Indians as police. Sepoy is basically an entry level law enforcement person. When we now say “Sepoy”, we refer to those Indians who were ready to go against their own countrymen.
