Another day without regaining any of his memories. . . A shame, really, but he didn't expect to regain them so quickly, anyhow.

After she'd asked about his troubles, he take a moment to consider. This was, to him a stranger. He'd feel bad about causing any issues for her, but. . . Perhaps she'd know something.
"No, not quite that. I've lost my memory, as unfortunate as it sounds. โ

Spotting the insignia, picking it up off of the ground. He was holding it flat in his palm, so all it would take is a quick glance for Colette to see it.
"I hope the fall didn't hurt you too much."
@noblesoath โ own, he couldn't pinpoint anything thanks to his memory.
"Right, forgive me. It's been a rather unfortunate time for me as of late."
He shouldn't trouble the young lady with his lack of memory, so he'd stop his thought there. . . Now looking around.

โ taking accountability for his lack of awareness. His accent was one Colette would likely recognize, and that insignia laying next to her as well.
"Let me give you a hand."
He spoke, reaching his hand out toward the young lady, offering her assistance in getting up.

While lost in thought, he'd accidentally bump into @noblesoath, causing him to knock her over and drop the insignia in the process.
