My charger stopped working
I have comprehensive extended warranty
Ola thodannur service center people said they wont provide extended warranty for my charger, as its explicitly written in my ola extended warranty document that charger is also included @OlaElectric

And the easiest thing for me to file another legal case against ola electric for again causing me mental distress and wasting my valuable time

My scooter doesn’t move after changing the motor
Service center wrongfully assembled the new motor causing wiring harness issues. Now it always shows scooter issue

Service center refused to change the faulty LV cable issue that occurred after changing the motor last month, they marked it as service complete even after i said those issues occurred after changing motor, shitty extended warranty wont cover these things? @OlaElectric

@OlaElectric due to improper installation of motor wires from ola thodannur service center, my lv cable got damaged right after the motor replacement

Recently my motor got replaced under extended warranty and from next day onwards the motor made loud noise and now after 1 month of service the scooter again stops saying scooter issue
Service team says its lv cable issue and its not covered under extnd warranty

But they didn’t care

None of the root causes were fixed
This is pure scam and disrespecting the customer

Scooter just replaced the motor last month
I have clearly mentioned this issue even before that
But they never checked the root cause
If the root cause is not cleared , you guys will have to change the motor monthly for me. Please be more professional dear ola

@OlaElectric this issue riding for some kilometres, it keeps showing this hill hold assist symbol while riding, so annoying, and now the scooter completely stops sometimes with scooter issue message, there was an abnormal grinding sound inside motor too sometimes,motor is new

Drastic range drop is also there
Before i got 150+kms in eco mode
Now not even 100 kms

Battery goes down from 100 to 98 very quick in a second
And 98 to 90 so fast

Then from 9 to 0 in quick second

@OlaElectric what kind of hyperservice are u boasting? My scooter got serviced and it still has same issue of unwanted hillhold warning while scooter is hot, seems like there is internal issues which lead to motor replacement. Now again even after new motor still issue exist

@OlaElectric also scooter suddenly turns to 0% when batter reaches 8 or 7 percentage. There was this issue even before, once repaired the battery, but it wasnt the battery issue, it was the issue with BMS, your inefficient service team failed to find that, customer care team said

There is a sound and hill hold icon shown frequently almost every time while driving for some time, its kind of some major hardware issue inside
