@pestctrlguy Running the numbers here. Assuming seasonality of 50% at this rate (don’t know) you’ll do $1.8m in d2d plus churn of $300k a year. Can you keep this up for 5 years and end up with adding on $7.5m in revenue over 5 years? Assume year 5 is at least double, you’ll look at $12m?

@TheSalonDon There is an exception in this case, you have to consider how the annuity is handled in terms of bankruptcy / stopping risk. If it only lasts 20 years because MrBeast folds or any other reason then goodbye annuity. Take the 5m, reinvest it, have peace of mind
