Each call ended with a new ticket submission and a new "investigation" that was summarily denied. Each time, I was told the person didn't have the authority to circumvent the processes. Please, can someone at Verizon with the authority to fix this do so.

Since 23 May, I have called Verizon four times following up the resolution. Each phone conversation was with a new person and each lasted over an hour. Each time, I was given some bullshit excuse and some new hoop I had to jump through.
