If anyone has the time watch this Ted talk by Jeff Wallace. He talks about rehabilitation and through criminal court systems. This is one of my favorite red talks to watch and reasons why I would love to work in juvenile detention centers.

What I learned from this video is learning and how they rehabilitate juveniles in detention centers. What I love best is you can tell Mr.Wallace loves what he does because he has been through some of the juveniles shoes.
