Introducing a new way to rip Pokémon built around the entire market, not a warehouse.
Open packs, cash out, hunt exact cards, or ship your pulls IRL.
Meet KodaPacks 👇
We’re launching our social channels soon, with TikTok content, IRL interviews, street-style questions, creator content, and a much bigger push to bring new people into Pokémon and collectibles.
We’re also hiring.
If you’re good on camera, understand social media, can interview people IRL, create content, or think you can help us build the KodaPacks brand outside of the product, DM us.
We’ll send over a Calendly link and start booking calls.
what used to live in binders is becoming a global market.
KodaPacks brings ripping into that next era with access to one of the largest live Pokémon inventories on the internet through eBay.
more selection. better price discovery. instant cashouts. physical shipping. inventory that moves with the market.
collectible capital markets on solana.
Your binder is about to get a major upgrade.
Rip packs on your phone.
Every pull backed by a real, physical card.
Vault it or ship it.
Soon on Coinbase.
The bourgeoisie built power by controlling access to goods.
A few hundred years later, most ripping platforms still operate on the same basic model.
-They buy the inventory.
-They decide what makes it onto the shelf.
-You choose from whatever they happen to own.
KodaPacks removes that bottleneck.
Instead of treating our own inventory as the limit, we use live eBay listings as the shelf, giving players access to a market that can keep expanding with demand.
More cards. More choice. A much bigger shelf.
In collectibles, access is everything.
(we’ve also applied for eBay’s Application Growth Check so our API limits can scale alongside the platform).
KodaPacks Open Books is now live.
We just shipped a public stats page for the entire platform.
Live volume, payouts, reserves, withdrawals, activity, biggest pulls, fairness checks, eBay inventory, and the raw data behind it.
Every withdrawal is verifiable onchain. Treasury coverage is public. Gameplay stats update automatically.
As KodaPacks scales, the entire platform scales in public.

We’ll also be building a live transparency dashboard where anyone can track deposits and withdrawals in real time.
As we tie $KP more closely to gameplay on KodaPacks, we want the flow of funds, activity & token mechanics to be as transparent and verifiable as possible.
All player withdrawals have now been paid out.
As always, withdrawals are settled in USDC on Solana, with every transaction verifiable onchain.
For now, we’re processing withdrawals every 3 hours while we continue running internal audits on gameplay and payouts. That cadence will be removed very soon, we’re just collecting a few more data points first.
Thanks to everyone who’s played and trusted KodaPacks so far. We’re just getting started.
Pokémon isn’t a normal collectibles market.
Millions of cards sit at the bottom of the curve, while a tiny fraction become grails worth hundreds, thousands, or far more.
That imbalance is what makes the chase so compelling.
It’s why KodaPacks is built around a constantly changing pool of cards, where the next grail could always be hiding inside.
In the late ’90s and early 2000s, ripping Pokémon meant walking into Toys “R” Us, Walmart, or your local card shop and choosing from whatever was on the shelf.
Base Set. Jungle. Fossil. Maybe a Japanese pack if your shop was good.
That limitation was part of the experience, because there was no alternative.
Today, the cards people actually want are scattered across eBay: PSA 10 vintage, Japanese exclusives, modern chase cards, promos, and listings that went live five minutes ago.
Why should an online ripping platform still have the inventory limits of a physical card shop?
We use live eBay inventory instead.
The nostalgia of ripping a pack, with a shelf that never ends.
KodaPacks started with a simple problem.
Most ripping platforms are limited by what they can afford to buy, warehouse, and keep in stock.
So we built around the internet’s inventory instead.
Real eBay listings. A constantly changing card pool. Instant cashouts. A product designed to scale with demand.
Now, creator fees generated by KodaPacks are used for $KP buybacks.
More users → more ripping → more fees → more buybacks → ↻
The product comes first. Everything else grows with it.
All creator fees will go toward $KP, our official token.
We have a ton of product updates coming this week, and we'll also be opening a Discord to get closer to our community.
First buyback is complete. We'll be automating this process going forward:

And today, the next chapter begins.
$KP now lives on Solana forever.
Paired with GameStop, and tradeable across all DEXs.
