Here's my question: if nobody can see the blockchain, is that real adoption, or just banking with better plumbing?

Solution to every tech team nightmare, very timely solution 👏
Well done!! 💪💪🚀
Congrats on the launch, @kenny_io wishing you and @thallyio massive success!

Today I’m excited to announce @thallyio, the product knowledge layer for software teams.

When your product changes, Thally finds the affected docs, website and support content, then opens evidence-backed PRs with proposed updates for your team to review and approve.

Some people do not just build communities, they build bridges. 💜

This Wednesday, we are celebrating Nkechi Enebeli, a community builder, GTM strategist, speaker, and creator making tech more human.

Here is to women who build, connect, and create impact. 👏🏾

Everyone seems to be racing to tokenize something. My question is different: does tokenization actually make an asset more useful, or just give it a new wrapper? I think we're asking the wrong question. Full article ↓ #Tokenization #Blockchain #Banking https://t.co/9Fg3tbrFZ4

My Mum y’all!🤭

TGIF!🥳

[NKECHI ENEBELI @__iamcharis]

My biggest tech mistake was choosing a path because everyone else was choosing it.

I first entered tech in 2020, when “learn to code” was the advice everywhere. So I did.

I learned HTML, CSS, JavaScript, built a WordPress website, and wrote my first lines of code.

It was interesting, but somewhere along the way I became exhausted. I convinced myself that maybe tech just wasn’t for me, so I stepped away and went to work in a dental clinic.

Looking back, the problem wasn’t tech.

The problem was that I never stopped to ask where my strengths actually were.

At the time, I thought coding was tech. I didn’t know there were careers in community, product, marketing, partnerships, growth, developer relations, operations, content, design, and so much more.

When I came back in late 2022, I came back differently. I spent more time understanding the industry, exploring different paths, and paying attention to what I naturally enjoyed and was good at.

That’s what changed everything.

So my biggest mistake wasn’t starting with programming.

It was assuming the most popular path had to be my path.

Trends can point you in a direction, but they shouldn’t make your decisions for you. Do your research, understand your strengths, and build a career that fits you, not just the internet.

Elon Musk is thinking in millionths of solar energy.
JPMorgan just deployed AI to 250,000 employees. Goldman Sachs is automating trade accounting.
Wall Street is cutting 200,000 jobs. Entry level first.
Only 17% of finance professionals are using AI in their core work.

The gap between what the institution is doing and what you are doing is not closing in your favour.
If you are still sleeping on AI, you are sleeping on a moving bicycle.

It is humbling to consider that if we harness just 1 millionth of the Sun’s power for AI, that will be much more than a million times the intelligence of all of humanity

so proud of you, babe!
the smartest there is, ever!
i know, we share our successes a bit too late, this was already conferred almost a year ago already. 😂

Moved to Dubai. Started a full-time engineering role. Then decided to pursue a Master's degree at the same time. 😂

Today I looked back at that chapter and I am in awe of how grace and grit carried me through.

It was hard in ways I didn't fully anticipate.

Submitting assignments at 2 a.m. Joining production calls by 8 a.m. Settling into a new city. Staying present for work, school, and everything in between.

There were days I felt stretched far beyond my limit.

I kept going anyway.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude. Master of Science in Blockchain & Digital Currency, @UNIC_ENG

Dean's Honour List.

Commendation for outstanding academic performance.

A lecturer reached out personally to say I had performed exceptionally well in Emerging Topics in FinTech.

That message still means more to me than most people could imagine.

Behind every grade was a version of me that was tired, uncertain, and still choosing to continue.

This was never about credentials.

It was about sharpening my thinking.

Grounding my engineering work in theory.

Pushing myself intellectually when life was already demanding a lot.

If you're in a season where growth feels heavy:
You are allowed to choose hard things.

You are allowed to struggle through them.

And you are absolutely allowed to be proud when you finish.

I chose hard. I'd choose it again.

This is only one chapter in a much bigger story.

Not everyone can understand the level grace and grit it requires to juggle work, study, and settling in a new environment at the same time.

Once again, big congratulations!
