Tell us your plan to end corruption in the (very unlikely) event that Linda Mwanainchi forms the next government. We want to hear about sustainable solutions to our development challenges, not mere rhetoric. Speak to us about what you intend to do, not calling people names. The country is tired of political chest thumping, empty sloganeering and divisive politics.
@AnneWaiguru Hahaha 🤣🤣 just because RG was impeached so the whole tribe rallies around him ostensibly to teach UDA a lesson...well, keep dreaming 😀😀 your dreams are valid...but we're wiser now as a nation. We'll stamp out this scourge of tribalism once and for all time😇😇
@AndieCloey@mwabs68@edwinsifuna Wantam is not modernizing agriculture, it's not industrial revolution, it's not targeted infrastructure growth, it's not affordable housing in the slums, it's not an audacious plan to transform a 3rd world country to a first world nation in 20 odd years. Wantam is merely noise.
@FilletLugalia@edwinsifuna Oburu is not running. Let these guys tell us about where and how they plan to transform Kenya. A solid, credible agenda of how they'll move us forward, how they'll kill the demons that Kibaki and Uhuru could not. Ruto has a good agenda that if he can implement will change Kenya.
@danitos39@edwinsifuna Oburu is not running. Ruto has a solid plan to transform Kenya through modernizing agriculture, rapid industrialization, affordable housing, universal health care, eradication of slums, infrastructure and capital growth.
@mwabs68@edwinsifuna So where and how's Sifuna going to succeed where Kibaki, Uhuru and Ruto failed? Where and how? That's what we want to hear. Not all this noise of Ruto must go. Baba would have made the greatest impact and we all knew it but still entrenched tribalism stopped him😀 Ruto is trying.
@villagepastor@edwinsifuna These are the same ills that have troubled all previous administrations post the 2010 constitution - same demons during Kibaki's ten years and Uhuru's ten. It's entrenched corruption, entrenched tribalism, entrenched nepotism, entrenched waste. It's a rotten fabric. Sifuna? 🤣🤣
@Steve1829843241@edwinsifuna Bro, we want to hear about how they're going to change Kenya, not this nonsense mantra of Ruto must go. How will they give us a better Kenya than Kibaki, Uhuru, Ruto did? That's what we want to hear.
Dear God,
Thank You for the blessing of a new Wednesday and for the grace that has carried us this far. Thank You for every answered prayer, every lesson, every opportunity, and for walking with us every step of the way.
As we go through today, help us to keep our eyes on You and not on our circumstances. Give us wisdom in our decisions, excellence in our work, and peace in our hearts. Protect us wherever we go, keep us safe from harm, and let Your presence surround us throughout the day.
May Your favor go before us today. Bless the work of our hands, protect our families, and let everything we do bear good fruit. We surrender this day to You, knowing that with You, nothing is impossible.
In Jesus' name, we pray
Indeed, Mheshimiwa. The reason many Kenyans, including me, stopped buying the Standard newspaper is because of what comes through as open bias against the government. Continuous negative coverage of government, rolls of print and days without end. It is of course within their mandate to criticise and point out government shortcomings, but in the very least give us the stories about what's working as well: affordable housing now eradicating slums across Kenya, great road network making it easy to do business across the country, stable food prices, very serious effort to achieve universal health coverage despite sabotage from within and from private hospitals, stable health and education sectors after years of upheaval, good security across the country, our rising stature internationally, etc, etc. They should emulate their competitors at Nation newspapers and give us BALANCED stories. Please.
Kenya is a Major NON-NATO Ally (MNNA) of the United States. That designation comes with major military and aid benefits from Uncle Sam. And yes, it also comes with responsibilities, one being close military coopération with the US. Americans that are confirmed as having or suspected of having Ebola are currently being flown to Germany, a NATO ally, for treatment. Kenya, being the nearest MNNA to the DRC, is expected to likewise step up and step in to help. That's what's going on here. No one has been bought and there's no corruption involved in this.
