I keep forgetting Bryan has uf2 as a 13 frame punish and I dont see anyone using it consistently.

Made my own T8 tierlist.
Notes: TIERS AREN'T ORDERED. EVERY CHARACTER INCLUDING SAME LEVEL MOBS ARE STRONG AND COULD USE SOME NERFS (i.e. universal mechanics like heat smashes and heat bursts). Thread down for further discussion in case.
