I want to talk a bit about Pons. Like I said in my other comment, nobody here is trying to judge you or say you did a bad job, and nobody wants to talk trash. But to be honest about it: yes, you created this system, you built real hype around it, and even though it's a brand new system you caught a strong wave and you're pulling in good money weekly and monthly. That part is a genuine win.

The problem is this. You introduced us to "Pons v2," you built a huge amount of hype around it, you wrote docs for it, and then you shipped it in this short a timeframe without putting together a proper team, while you had real leverage and steady weekly and monthly income to work with. That's what leaves people disappointed. It wasn't a resources problem, it was a decision.

I hope you and the team take it further and make the system better. And don't forget that presentation sometimes does more work than the system itself. I trust your team, and honestly I appreciate you, because when you look at the numbers you're taking most of the market share.
