Just spent a week re-designing all my websites with Claude Design.
Used to spend $1,000 - 2,000 per website for this work.
And used to pay for Webflow/Framer $600/year total.
I did this all on a $20/month Claude plan.
This is why Anthropic is a $1 TRILLION company.
The 5 pillars of business:
1. IQ - raw intellectual horsepower
2. Work ethic - capacity for output
3. Pain tolerance - capacity for consistency
4. Judgment - ability to make good decisions
5. Execution - ability to turn decisions into outcomes
Do you have them?
Survivors think it’s about being smart.
Losers think it’s about working hard.
Winners know it’s about good judgement.
The choices you make are worth a lot more than how much you think or how hard you work.
Make the right choices.
Do tech bros speak like this in real life or is it just for podcasts? "1 of N"
"Forcing function"
"Update your priors"
Bro you work at an AI wrapper not CERN.
You don’t have business problems.
You have personal problems that show up in your business.
No leads? You’re scared of being known.
No sales? You’re scared of being convincing.
No delivery? You’re scared of being great.
Your business is you.
@MercuriusFilius Depends on forecasted inventory turnover and margin. Inventory is valued at cost, so would sell for more than $100m. The question is how quickly will it sell. If you know gross margin and forecasted sales velocity you can work out the IRR of both and compare them.
To the AI companies: we have ZERO loyalty.
None.
We will switch providers to find the least biased and most effective responses.
The one that makes us the most money will get our business.
If you nerf your model or make it woke or sycophantic, WE WILL LEAVE.
You must kill human jobs.
Harvey didn't build a legal SaaS. They killed junior lawyers.
Abridge didn't build a notes app. They killed note-taking in clinics.
Decagon didn't build support software. They killed customer service reps.
You are not a charity. Replace humans.
SaaS isn't dead because of AI.
It's dead because all the good ideas are taken.
The landgrab is complete. We're in optimization phase.
You can still build. But you'll only ever be a "boutique".
The winners are already decided.
Nobody ever wanted to buy software.
They bought it because they had no choice.
Salesforce, Webflow, Palantir, etc. became huge as a result
But nobody actually wants to use software
They want a result.
AI skips software and goes straight to result.
The GUI is dead.
I hit my Claude limit and it reset in 30 minutes so I had no choice but to sit there and wait until I could be productive again.
Most impactful technology of our generation.
Claude has really low limits.
Codex has a generous free tier.
So build in Claude until you hit your 5 hour limit, then switch to Codex.
If you max out Codex, plug into Gemini and work on minor stuff like copy.
Simple.
AI is Uber all over again.
They'll get us hooked, then triple the price.
It will cost the same a human employee.
Only the rich will get the most out of it.
The permanent underclass will continue.
Remember when you used to pay $5,000 for a “brand identity”?
Some colours, fonts, shapes, and a logo…
I have a Claude Opus agent making these in 5 minutes for $0.
Then when it’s done it makes the whole website too!
Designers are cooked.
