@GrabSG you are ridiculous - I understand the need for the "finding you a nearer driver" feature but when the driver is just 200m away with a precious pax to drop off at where I am, the system reallocates me to another driver 1.5km away? Why?! Can technology not fix this?

1. Assign a driver 6 mins away
2. Driver makes way to me, waiting time down to 2 mins
(all the while, "we're finding a nearer driver is on")
3. I get re-assigned another driver 7 mins away
