When it translates to another language, it's taking the German text and turning it into, idk, French as an example. It doesn't actually register what either language is saying.

They usually take years.

For example, Slow Shock's event was in Dec. 2023. It was added permanently this year in Feb.

Yeah, they weren't period accurate, but they conveyed the same meaning. People complained, devs said they'd improve it... and now we're here.
