@DpdUkOfficial glad your calls are recorded. Depot confirmed the driver has fraudulently claimed a missed delivery, promised he would return and still no item? When it has been confirmed the driver has lied that is a clear breach of the consumer rights act I believe.

@yourcroydon serious Question. How are the ratebincreases Justified when we dont see a results from the extra we have spent. For as long as I have been paying council tax I have seen no imorovments to our roads or traffic system and have had fights with the council over bins?
