@SpiritAirlines due to terrible experience with check-in kiosk, and agent’s inability to process a seat upgrade refund, I’ve waited 5hrs on hold to speak with someone (after 2hrs IVR hung up on me, after 3hrs nobody picked up). Help!!
@CityNewsTO Please be vigilant. No political figure will be enticing the public to invest in a company. No bank will ask you to click a link, and no business will demand that you to buy gift cards to reimburse them for a billing error.
@AirCanada@Aeroplan my wife has been waiting nearly 3 months to get any response at all to her Super-elite Aeroplan status that was downgraded in error for 2024… how can we get a response? It’s absurd that any request would take this long. Need to escalate this please.
@CityNewsTO “or if speed was considered a factor in losing control of the vehicle”… this always makes me cringe. Speed is always a factor otherwise they’d be stopped. More about skill in this case… how much speed can be gained in 10 metres?
