Absolute daylight robbery by Croma Kharghar & Whirlpool! 🛑
Bought a Whirlpool 1.5-ton AC. The installation team demanded 14 ft extra copper pipe at ₹500/ft (total ₹7,000). A local AC wholesaler sells the exact same pipe for just ₹170/ft.

When we questioned this, they threatened to void the AC gas warranty and charge ₹150/ft just for the installation. This is ridiculous, especially after purchasing a 2-year extended warranty!
