A trip on an all-stop service from one end of the route to the other will take 75 minutes, while express services will take 54 minutes.
An adult fare costs 3000 won and it will be fully integrated with other public transport modes, including transfer discounts for bus and metro.
All aboard! Seoul is currently trialling the new Hangang Bus service, a commuter ferry service for the Han River which will travel between Magok and Jamsil docks.

You can now track Seoul Metro trains in real time on Kakao Map! Check out the video below.
Kakao Map also has real-time bus tracking in certain regions around the country, with plans to launch the feature in other regions in the future.
South Korea's GTX-A Line has officially launched earlier this year. While the launch marks a significant achievement, it has been tempered by several unmet expectations and disappointing ridership numbers.

Screens on subways continue to become bigger and more detailed, showing speed, quick transfer locations and how crowded each car is.
Seongnam (성남) is a new station on the Gyeonggang (경강) and GTX-A lines between Pangyo (판교) and Imae (이매) stations.
The first section of the GTX-A from Dongtan (동탄) to Suseo (수서) opened this morning with some keen people getting up early to ride the first service at 5:30am.
It's the first of what will likely be many GTX openings.
Credit & big thanks to @hehhehhyohyo for the great pics!
Hard to believe that the first section of the GTX-A opens tomorrow from Dongtan (동탄) to Suseo (수서). Can remember seeing signs around town promoting the project back in 2012.
Seoul city bus union have overwhelmingly voted to strike from tomorrow, suspending 98% of city bus services. While the minibus (마을버스) and the metro will continue to run, major disruption is expected.
@hehhehhyohyo@kricgokr Yup, not far away! This is the MOLIT press release from last week. Did a brief tweet about that and the extensions. Hoping to put out a more detailed post soon. :) https://t.co/tvDTeAtj2y
The countdown is on! The first GTX-A section between Dongtan-Suseo opens on March 30, with full-scale test runs starting today for the next twenty days.
MOLIT has also signed an agreement with 6 local governments to progress the proposed GTX A-C extensions. Stay tuned for more!

A few days later than originally planned, the new seatless carriages will start appearing on Line 4 trains during rush hour from tomorrow.
Only carriages 3 and 4 will be seatless, with extra handles and supports installed for safety.

You may have seen that Seoul will be trialing seatless subway cars on lines 4 and 7 from Jan next year. Only two cars per train will be replaced with these, with plans to expand further if successful.
Surprised that there are no center poles which some other subway cars do have.
Other noteworthy points:
- Tickets will initially be 4,000won each way
- A "K-Pass" discount system will be introduced for regular commuters
- Testing is well underway
- Unjeong (Paju) - Seoul Station section to open in second half of 2024
- Entire line will open in 2028
MOLIT has posted a great new video about the GTX-A line and the first section set to launch in March this year from Dongtan (동탄) to Suseo (수서).
It has some great graphics of how it was built and new footage of the interior and exterior of the trains.
