The nurse was arrested on suspicion of being Ghana Jollof. But the police have now posted a wanted notice for Ghana Jollof, who is suspected to be in the UK.

So why exactly is the nurse still in police or prison custody?

All of this is happening in an attempt to police how people criticize the government. You have more critical issues to deal with than wasting state resources on such nonsense.

Have the NDC government and its officials become so thin skinned that they are now weaponizing state resources to go after anyone who says anything remotely uncharitable about the President or his appointees? Is that where we are?

You raided the home of a mother like you were going after a hardened criminal and arrested her. And your justification is that she is somehow associated with someone you have not even fully identified, someone who used colourful language online. And then, as if that were not enough, you start cooking up trumped up charges after the fact.

The NDC in opposition had plenty to say about this kind of conduct. They were loud and righteous about it. And they have turned out to be considerably worse now. The hypocrisy stinks. Pure Nonsense.

Nobody should be losing sleep over insults on social media to the point of sending police to kick down the door of a nursing mother. Nobody in government should be this fragile. And no government that claims to respect rights and freedoms should be operating this way.
