So, I’ve gone off the rails again with alcohol. I have decided to begin working PRN (medical field), so that I’m able to fit AA meetings into my daily schedule. I’ve been skeptical in the past but I’m feeling that it’s now necessary. I know I can do this

• conditioning before shampooing is absolutely ok + will help make your hair more manageable before the shampoo cleans your scalp

> also good if you’re allergic / sensitive to a lot of conditioners
