Even when I asked for proof that my documents had been received, you were unable to provide any evidence because there is no tracking system under your control, I would like to cancel and refund money!!

None have had documents submitted by VFS for verification. If mine was submitted, show the tracking record or proof. @AlexU_Edu_Eg my parents went 30mins back to check the status
