I think we should try to walk the talk. It’s not always easy, but at least we should try. Just hear me out.

You are the Head Admin, yet you often contribute to unnecessary commotion. Sometimes, staying silent is the least that you can do. Or, as you’ve said in your post, PRIVATELY. If you have frustrations or concerns, address them properly and in private.

As the Head Admin, I expect you to set an example and act above the others. A little more professionalism would not hurt. Before posting something publicly, please consider the impact it may have on the people who will read it and how it might affect the overall atmosphere of the community.

Many people here are already doing their best to remain patient, keep the peace, and go with the flow while waiting. They simply want a calm and peaceful environment. It would be helpful if we could all contribute to that rather than create further tension.
