@discord_support still locked out of my account for over a month, no help via the app appeal process, MULTIPLE ignored auto-closed tickets to their support page. Can't get a human to look at my issue after a month of continuous requests. What does it take to get actual help?

@discord_support have been attempting to get a resolution on my account getting hacked and banned for over a month now. Seems like no actual human on T&S is looking at the tickets, multiple people are getting the same canned response. A 2 minute review of the chat logs would show

@discord_support Is there a process for getting access to an account that was banned due to hackers using an exploit to post objectionable material? I've put in the appeal request in the app. Multi-year account, no warnings ever before the account was hijacked.
