Frontend:
- Framework: Next.js in TypeScript
- Hosting: Cloudflare Pages

Backend:
- Convex (easiest way to do proper real-time I have ever seen - worked like a charm for @kollaborativeai)

I had deployed my app @kollaborativeai to AWS because that's what I knew. Pulumi as IaC, because that's what I knew.

Felt good deleting all of that complexity from my head!
