@amazonIN Cheating customers dispatching wiring and broken product and then not offering any resolution inspite of multiple calls and photo evidence being shared. This is for a Rs 13K Bluestar UV water purifier. Calls and chats are just transferred to secondary and tertiary team

@etihad You almost held me on ransom and asking to pay me 1000+ Euros for one way flight of on an already paid open ticket from Hyderabad to Amsterdam. Your contact center issued me an itenary on Nov 9th, never asked for payment and at check-in counter asked me to pay.

Surprisingly when I started talking to call center (call was recorded) agent intially quoted €640 but within 5 minutes increased it to 1034, take it or leave it. I chose not to fly Etihad and made alternate travel arrangements. Hope @etihad is listening.
